 This shot was a chance shot because my cats decided to invade my room while I was working on my weathered shot. Both of them decided they wanted to lay on my black background, so I decided to take pics. I'm entering it because I want to try and get some critique on my photoshop on this.

Photoshop was convert from RAW, overlay layer for dodge and burn, b&w layer 20% opacity to bring out some fur detail, levels, curves, selective color on the red channel to richen the browns, hue/sat on the eyes to make them stand out, resize, usm, save for web.

he/she looks not so much likes they're about to attack something as it wants food. But maybe all cats look like that to me ;-)

The focus it close and seems just a bit off on the eyes. I am also not sure about the angle of the cat...just doesn't appeal to me.
