 Fun with rays. Actually tried to capture real ones but was too cloudy that day.

Rays created via the Polygonal Lasso Tool with featured selection and then a brownish gradient applied to it (fade to transparency). Dodge and burn via curves and the dodge/burn tools and cloning to shift the light. Liquidfy used to give the dresses some movement. Color work via Hue/Saturation and Color Balance. Glowy feel produced via Gaussian Blur selectively applied as well as some light painting via the brush tool. I think that's it.

Wow. Terrific editing. I have done that using brushes shaped like lights but man, this is awesome.
