Wonderful "crop".

If it wasn't for the crop I reckon there is a good chance this would have ribboned...well done

That stinks... living by a trash can.

Very emotive image with very nice processing. Nice detail in the womens face. I'm not sure what you had to work with, but I would have liked another inch on the bottom to leave a little more of the arm intact.

Powerful image, the sepia works well. Hope they are OK.

this is a great emotive image...I am not a fan of the tones you have used here and would have liked to see just a little more of the child, but it is a picture that tells a massive story and for that I commend you 8

There is a long story in the ladies face. Makes you feel drawn to it. 7

Interesting image. Don't really like the way the mom's head was cut off.

Beautiful touching moment

I wish the crop wasn't so tight on the people.

I don't know if this is a candid photo but the negative space on the left is too much big. a photo with great intensity throught.8

Nice theme

This is an incredible shot - so much emotion (sorrow and contentment). The duotone finish is excellent. The crumbled structures around them echo their broken dreams, yet they also seem at peace to know that they still have each other, though nothing more. Beautiful.

stunning. The crop is a bit tight to the boy's face for my liking, though.
06/04/2008 02:25:28 PM
Interesting, but it would be better without both heads being partially cut out of the frame. Still a 9.

big emotion here.

Sad picture. Very emmotional capture, the background and expression on their faces is excellent.

powerful image, but I wish the crop wasn't so severe on the edge.
