I have a similar shot I took this spring - so many show on perfect seed left to fly when in reality many look like this - broken seeds that didn't quite make it, a few stragglers remaining.

Excellent use of DOF and sharpness. I like this version compared to many others here because it's not perfect, and therefore more interesting.

SO sad when all the fluff is gone... then you get those nasty little yellow flowers ;) Excellent focus and I am loving the broken and abused top of this weed.
