 Just messing around a little...probably get spanked on the score, but hey, what the heck. :-)

- crop
- clarify +20
- yellow desat -100
- duplicate layer
- clarify +20
- clarify +20
- resize
- erase eyes to show detail
- merge all
- duplicate layer
- select eyes, promote to layer
- sharpen eyes, usm (.50,100,10) +luminance
- switch to non-eye layer, usm (.50,100,10) +luminance
- noise reduction: salt & pepper (3,2)
- set layer to 55% opacity
- merge non-eye layer down
- duplicate non-eye layer
- usm (.50,100,10) +luminance
- noise reduction: salt & pepper (1,1)
- eyes, usm (.35,100,10) +luminance
- merge all
- border
- save as jpg (compression 20!!!)

Ended up about where I thought it would. :-) This was challenging to get the focus correct, and never did get it spot on. Using the remote and a single 40 watt light source I pre-focused on a spot and I tried to stay in it. Probably didn't help that I did this at the last minute. He-he.

This is a unique idea; something about the processing falls short for me. Perhaps less orange and more sepia on the skin tones? An extra point for creativity, tho! :)

The lighting or contrast seems a bit harsh, also I am drawn to the eyes however the eyes seem slightly soft. Regardless it is a very creative idea. :)
