This picture was taken on the supi tribal land in Arizona. THhis is one of many beautiful waterfals there. And yes, the water is that amazing torquize color.

To get the soft feel on the water, i waited untill the sun set and went to take a long shutter picture.

Oddly enough, one of my best friends just returned from a journey to this very spot (and after her description, I knew it had to be the same place she visited). The turquoise water is evidently one of its most distinguishing characteristics. Gorgeous representation. Just the right amount of cotton candy in this classic waterfall shot. It garnered a 10 from me. Beautiful.

This is stunning. Placed very well, but should have placed at least in top ten.

Excellent result...I think a very slight crop at the top would have improved this but hey, great job

OOOH Nice long exposure really cool perspective and composition. I see a lot of waterfall shots and think just another waterfall this one however is one I stopped to take a good look at. The colours are lovely too.

Amazing view! Only thing I might have done differently is crop down the top of the photo just a tad. Still gets an 8 from me!

Havasu Falls! We were just there last year!

I like the black border around this image as it isolates the photo but I definitely like the "motion blur" as it makes the falls appear to be really rushing and full,(of course I'm sure it was anyway). -BB

This would make a great print. The colour of the water is surreal. The heavy black border seems a little too much for me, although I often use the same border approach myself, so I can't be too harsh on it. :)

this is really nice, but needs some adjustment to make it really pop...the shutter speed is really good to get those nice fluffy lines
