Crisp and clear night - fantastic!

nice painting with light :-)

Nice textures. Torchlight adds extra good touch.

Interesting, but the light show in the foreground steals the show -- the night sky becomes just an elaborate background. Challenge aside, it's a really cool image.

Endless fun with lights!

totally different image - great job.

kinda spooky; who was on boojum patrol?

spooky!

Good composition. I'd even like this without the trail of light going through it.

Very beautiful and interesting.

Nailed the exposure, that's really cool

That looks like the Sonoran desert. Sweet with the light - it's like a spirit gone wild.

Distraction in the foreground.

It's like the game Marco Polo. Anza...Borrego...Anza...Borrego. Ok, enough silliness. It's a great photo, very magical: 10

You got me googleing the title (in the - vain - hope of some deep significance). A nice way of adding some interest to what could otherwise have been a fairly drab picture.

This could have been spectacular. The squiggle light play detracts my eye from everything that is great...the oldness of the wooden coppola, the mountain, the sand, the color of the sand. I'm sure a lot of people are going to love it, but for me I would rather see just the landscape.

Very creative, great take on the challenge!

I am not sure why you did the light painting in this shot. I belive it was to illuminate the wooden structure. To me, it would have been better if you had covered teh light source and softened it, that way the structure would have been bathed in light

Wonderful composition. Excellent PP!

I wish the night sky was more in the composition. Nice overall image though.
