 high school, graduation coming up and soon they step into Life eh?
I love this image of girls hanging out and sharing who knows what secrets, it all felt so darned BIG then didnt it....

how ironic, it just occurs to me it was 28 years ago today I graduated from college
GEESH!!



EDIT: a whole bunch of playing around in PS with Nix filters; used a bicolor filter, a vignette of sorts and a bit of bleach bypass..
& probably a few steps I dont recall
eta 3/2009: used this one in the 1000th challenge and felt it did "ok" title changed...
ETA 9/2009 was chosen as BEST IN SHOW (Amateur Division) at the annual Lake Champlain Through the Lens Juried Photo Competition..
who'da thunk it? wooT!

Great photo, Anni! I agree that your post processing is right on perfect. I've got you beat, though...it's been 36 years since I graduated from college...40 from the high school class of '68. Okay, it's time for me to go to lunch if I can find my derned cane;-)

I'm pretty sure those are mermaids sitting on the dock there. The processing puts us back in time and forward into fantasy.
