the Lakota Sioux custom of leaving personal belongings, cards, food, drinks, plastic flowers on the graves of loved ones always hits me hard.

I love the beauty of the way they continue to remember the dead and commune with them. Thing is, the winds are so GUSTY there, things are usually blown all about...these boots seem heavy enough to withstand the elements, and time.
How could I not photgraph a guy who may not have died with his boots on, but he sure has them with him?!

Excellent. Wondering if you shot from different distances and angles? A wider and slightly higher angle shot might be interesting as well.
