 I found this old set of wheels in a vacated mobile home park. They were once used to move homes. The photo was taken in the early evening and made good exposure difficult. The only editing was cropping and sharpening.

I think a tigher crop might have worked. Perhaps focusing on the wheel and it's rusted textures. B&W might have helped in reference to your title.
