In most of the images I did for this, the blood (red paint) was bright red and very unnatural looking. Only got two shots which had dark red "blood". I choose this one because the flow of the blood looked more dynamic.
The knife in the background is a reflection (without blood, which meant I had to be careful the paint only ran down the front of the knife). I felt it gave the whole thing more depth and film-like feeling (hope I'm right ;-)
Checked Wikipedia to make sure that there was a knife scene in the movie (Lethal Weapon 2). I know according to the Challenge Details, that this is not important, but I thought it might be an important detail for the voters who know the Lethal Weapon films. We'll see.....
There are so many fantastic pics in this challenge. Thanks for 13th place, you guys.

My favorite image in the challenge, very neat. Good lighting and sharp details. Hope you don't get too many low votes from the "Shame on you! You are promoting violence!" crowd...
Very good composition, razor sharp. I like limited colour scheme. The blood looks more like paint, but I don't care. I like the way you caught the drop. Just as if someone just used this knife in murder. This picture tells a story. No doubt.
