 I know this one's a bit outside even my "box", but it grows on you. This is a purple violet plant that my grandmother got for mothers day.

i really like the un-softness of this and those dark bluish/purple colours .. great photograph and process kelli ..
ha ... !!! .. i wondered wot the pinkish red 'bit' was at the back and then realised it was a bird .. !! .. that makes this an even better shot .. !! .. i love things that arent immediately obvious .. :)
