 this is a juvenile gorilla in the enclosure at taronga park zoo .. unfortunately i cant get close enough to the gorillas or the chimpanzees to get a great shot with my 100mm lens .. with a 500mm, well that's another story .. i dont have one ..

Am I the only one that sees a gorilla face in the "seat" right under his bum? Awesomely done!

Aaaaaauuuuugh!!!!! Roz! This is mesmerizing! The texture is PERFECT for the look and composition of that amazing animal. Wow! Wow! Wow!

Apes regularly pull at my heart strings. I agree with Judy down there - always sad to see them incarcerated.

That aside - this is a wonderful image, Roz - love the isolated subject and the use of overlay.

Cool processing. I often think (no pun intended) that they are so underrated - the primates. Sad that they have to be encased in walls of concrete.
