I'm guessing there's some type of overlay here, but it looks as if you've combined many photos here for the effect, although I doubt you did. Excellent processing to create the atmosphere.

Looks like you were about to take a running leap off that pier. But that bloody dog got in the way! lol Very chilly feel to this shot.

Ohhhh this is perfection. The perfect feel to give the viewer a sense of the candid nature of the scene you are capturing. I love the movement. The smile on her face. The focus on the dog's face to "move ahead".

I want to BE in that scene!
