 I was out shooting pictures of the flooded park and this guy pulled in the parking lot behind me. I can't imagine the gas mileage he gets!

About 8 mpg, I'd guess! But when gas costs a nickel a gallon...who cares! Oh, for the good old days. Lets see, lets do the math here. 5 cents to five dollars is between 600% and 700% increase. 8 mpg to 60 mpg (at best) is less thatn 300%. So, relatively speaking the price of gas has more than doubled in real dollars since the 30's. Didn't you ask?

These old cars sure are classic. Another tough lighting situation, but the reflections add a nice glow to the car.

I see a bit of CA in the windows and right side of car. My suggestion would be to use the middle of your zoom range and move yourself and try to frame the shot in-camera, if possible.

A car like this can make a great subject. There are opportunities to use the chrome wheels for funky reflective effects, hood ornament (or other) macro, etc.

Nice classic car. Is it an old chrysler?? I like the POV here. It makes the car look larger than life.

i love those old cars .. they are beautiful .. especially love the running boards .. i can just imagine the smell inside that old car .. combination of age and leather and other man made stuff .. i love that too .. !!:)
