 No, my microphone does not normally have a name, although all mic's are technically mike I suppose. It's sort of like being John in the western world.

I really like the hint of abstraction and especially the lighting. The composition is well done as it leads my eye around the canvas.

that is a very cool lloking mic...did you sing?? The DOF works well here and the whole image comes off so sharp and clean

Nice shot John but we're not in the macro side challenge anymore so get back to the instruments, ya hear. I had the whole family here waiting to see an instrument, they drove for miles... oh well. :D

AWESOME .. brilliant photograph and love the sepia tones ... the sharpness and focus are excellent .. love the comp too..:)
the 'posture' of the top one gives it an almost human quality . :)
