 Right, Magic Wand, Paint-Brush set on Black, Resized, USM, Saved for Web...

This has been edited in PSE 4.0...and...as is probably obvious my hand is a little shaky this morning, but I wanted to offer a very rough edit for opinions as to possible benefits of this composition before I do any more to the finesse of editing.
