Light breaks where no sun shines;
Where no sea runs, the waters of the heart
Push in their tides;
And, broken ghosts with glowworms in their heads,
The things of light
File through the flesh where no flesh decks the bones.

Like the ghost like apparition in the background Judy. Very nice use of negative space.

Love how everything is dark and then there is a hint of something delicate coming out of the darkness.

What background?

Ha - just kidding. I just LOVE this! The subtlety is boggling my brain - absolutely beautiful.

The flower is very pretty! That said, I guess my monitor is a bit off too, I see the flower, then I see a slight reflection of the flower a bit away, then a see what may or may not be a small critter at the bottom.

i see the little nuances that you speak of, but there barelly there, i agree with Art that there feels like a little too much negative space, but i love the simplicity of the singele flower of the overpowering blackness.

Ooooh yeah... nuances... {squint} ;-)
I'll be back to look harder later...

...I'm back. I took it into PS and CRANKED up the brightness. And yes, I saw a Papa Nuance, a Mama Nuance and even a Baby Nuance. :P

Call me a harsh critic but there's tooo much negative space for me to think too positively about the overall image. It just needs something. Godzilla perhaps? Are we still friends? :)
