This is a plain tiger - Danaus chrysippus sucking necter from a flower. Outside Asia it is also known as African Monarch.
Description
Wingspan 60-80 mm. The sexes are similar. The male can be identified by the scent patch on the second vein of the hind wing. On the upper side, it appears as a large black patch towards the center of the wing, and on the underside, as a white centered black patch.
There are three different forms of the Plain Tiger, of which the commonest is shown here. The other two forms are rare. Form dorippus lacks the white apical spots on the forewing. In form alcippoides, the upper side of the hind wing is suffused with a large white area.

My girlfriend said "Did he put the wrong picture in the challenge?".....I like the picture(alot) but, I really can't relate it to the challenge. 4(6 or 7 in another challenge)
Hmmmm - shoe horning a butterfly shot into a healthy food challenge? Or is it that the butterfly is eating healthy? I'm going to go with the latter as your reasoning, as this is too nice an image to score low for not meeting a challenge.
