Shot with one of my student's cameras. A Canon SD Powershot SD630, as the Coolpix I was using was way too noisy, and wasn't focusing correctly.

Used the really expensive point and shoot fisheye attachment--a peephole.
My setup--shot looking into the hole with the camera on the table so it wouldn't shake and I wouldn't have to hold the peephole.

From the thumb I thought Whazzis shot with the space helmet? That Canon is a classic model - love the inventive lens attachment, and thanks for showing.

That's creative shooting, and with interesting results. I also enjoy shooting thru things that refract light just for fun and to see what the images look like. Try one side of a pair of binoculars sometime for a long distance shot.

I admire your inventiveness! I got a much-needed smile when I saw that on Saturday, just didn't have time to comment. It turned out very well & reminded me right away of astronauts. "D

What will you think of next. Is the peephole a standard piece of equipment for your camera bag? From the thumbnail, this looked like a shot of an astronaut all suited up for a space walk. Interesting. Thanks for sharing the setup.
