 Taken of a mallard in the local duckpond. i went there to test out a new tripod i bought, and ended up taking about 150 crap photos. this and a few others were the only i thought were worthy enought to keep.

the colors are captured nicely. i wonder if the shot would work even better with a closer crop on the ducks head more
