| I think the filter works well. Just a suggestion, but I'd try to rotate it so that reflection is on a true vertical line. I'm not positive it will look better, but it's worth a shot! |

| Looks like a water color. I'd say start from OOC again and don't edit so heavily if you're going for a natural look. |

| I don't find this too dark at all. The artistic filter, and the colors set a mood together. |

| Doesn't seem dark to me - have you tried moving the centre grey button on Levels? |

| Hey, did you play with saturation/levels...etc? I find the oil painting texture to be quite interesting. |
