I think I walked over that bridge (20 years ago!) it certainly made me think of Tampere when I first saw this photo, and if that's where you're from, I guess I was right. ;-)Message edited by author 2008-04-24 20:19:18.

Great job. I didn't vote in this challenge so this is the first I've seen it. I love the clouds. I love shooting old buildings like that.

I like the bridge. I personally would prefer a different background. I like the windows in the building on the left but the building on the right has no interest for me. Maybe a vantage point from closer to the bridge? imo the unnatural color of the water that is at the bottom of the picture is a little distracting too. The processing really did make the detail in the buildings pop. It gives them a lot of texture.

Like so many shots in this challenge water is secondary to something elese. This is an interesting shot, but most because of building-sky combo, not because of water.

well composed, but overprocessed: blues are oversaturated, chromatic aberration around the buildings, banding in the sky

imo u should have used the darker blue from the sky on the water as well. the bright blue in the foreground seems a bit out of place.
