 Okay, I know there are a lot of you who can’t stand the sight of these, but I just HAD to show you this one. It’s such a beauty (to me, anyway).
I had been trying for ages to get a “kiwi slice falling into milk” shot and was getting nowhere. Every shot was a trasher and eventually I gave up. Just before I cleared away all the mess I'd made, I couldn’t resist dripping some milk into the milk I’d been throwing the kiwi slice into.
I got this one after about 20 minutes (which is most unusual, probably because I wasn't really bothered whether I got anything decent or not). I like it so much I won’t care about all the “1” scores I’ll get…..(dunno if this is now true, but it felt that way at the time ;-)
The title came to mind as soon as I saw the shot in my camera display, so I left it at that.

Thanks, you guys. This turned out so much better than I thought.

Congratuations on another fun addition to your drop collection. A good drop shot is like a good sunset; we've all seen them done many times, but each one's different and when they're captured well... Well, I'll never get tired of seeing these shots.

Irene - Thanks for sharing this one with all of us. The shape is so awesome! My only minor critique is the lighting - the darkness of the 'background' probably cost you a bit on score.

A fine example of a water drop but the centre of the drop is not in the centre of the frame.
