I don't know if this is my idea of the challenge, but I just can't ignore this breathtaking picture, so I'll give it a yellow (but it's the best photo-cum-photo in the challenge).

The composition isn't very strong in my opinion, but the shadow play you have captured here is fascinating!

either this is an astonishing piece of arts and craftsmanship or this is actually a courtyard and cats. It doesn't really look like any other sort of landscape than it actually is, therefore isn't homemade. I have to say DNMC and give a low score I'm afraid.

Without the challenge in mind its not a bad picture, I like the lighting its pretty interesting as are the cats poses.

Good use of shadows in a nice B&W shot, but doesn't really address the challenge IMO.

Lovely light patterns and b/w conversion....not sure if it meets the challenge as I understand it.

I like the black & white and the lighting. For me however, this does seem to stretch the challenge description of building your own art & craft landscape. Hmmm...

Even though there is nothing wrong with the photo. I do not find it in the sprit of the challenge IMHO. -5-
