I had forgotten that your spring is a bit more advanced than ours here - we barely have anything besides brown. So this vivid, purple flower is quite the treat.

Are those verbena? I think so. So beautiful. Isn't purple the most delicious color? You can get lost in it!!!

They look to me like Verbenna sp. So with your them spring ahead..

Wow! I bet your yard is a WONDERFUL place to be. I have seen some outstanding beauty in your spring world! This is stunning. The colors jump out at you and fill you with a sense of spring beauty.

Very vibrant is what they are! I like that the foreground one isn't quite finished blooming, holding just a few back for tomorrow or the next day.

I think they are a variety of Phlox-sooo beautiful & purple to die for !!!

The rich pirples are just perfect against the greens. The detail and focus is a perfect ba;lancee against all that wonderful DOF.....
