As suggested I have begun to "play around with" doing something different in the sky /roof section of the photo. This was a pretty easy break-away using the magic wand to isolate the ceiling and then to isolate/replace with a portion of the only half-way decent night photo I could find quickly. I feathered the selection "going & coming" @ 25 pixels. This has the added element of a radial gradient of outer ring of black, middle ring of blue, and inner ring of white. (Plus I tried to make it really fantastic/fascinating by selecting the cross-beams produced by the starburst filter on the camera, then duplicate, spin slightly, merge down, and repeat until I had "spoke-wheel" rays to which I added a heavy radial blur.)
There is still a great deal to be desired from my editing skills, but It is great practice, and a decent first attempt. I hope you agree. Thanks! :)
