Photo-Remix: This is a merging of three separate jepgs, including the interior of the auditorium at the First United Methodist Church of Statesboro, the fountain in the pond behind the library on the campus of Georgia Southern University, and a sunset shot that I took by blindly aiming my Pentax out the front windshield of my truck while driving home from Savannah, GA, on I-16...about a year ago.
This is my feeble attempt of an homage to that famous photographer of a few years ago who used to marry Black & White photos in really unique ways. I wish I could remember his name, but I had a calendar once that included the picture of a mall escalator ending in some ocean waves, and had a man with a briefcase. When I get the name, I'll re-adjust these comments. :)
nice explanation and a good job doing various overlays. It does create a bizarre effect and there is quite a bit going on for the eye to take it all in. Also, the B&W probably does not do this justice like a color image may.
You had me confused for a moment until I read your comments and figured that was a road I was seeing! I think you need to add one more picture to this - an open starry sky at night instead of the roof. An interesting creation!
