A stretch of the theme, but who cares. Photo wise, I like the tilt as it ties in nicely with eating out of a fast food bag (being in a rush and all). The only caution I would give is to be cautious about every aspect of your composition. In this photo, the food appears to be coming out of his nose. It may be subtle, but it can have a very negative impact on a photo.

It's just not an appealing image to me. It's very dark, I think you should have adjusted contrast and sharpness. I also don's see intimacy here.
