Peter cropped the hard shell of the coconut for me to reveal the amazing differant layers. The ourside fiberious husk, then the hardened dark brown shell and then the liahious breamy coconut pulp inside.
The curves and different textures make this shot interesting to me. Coconuts are a very special plant in many ways. A flexible bladed butter knife is great for sliding along inside the meat to get it to pop out in big chunks.
