 This is Kim a professional ballet dancer with the local city's Ballet Company. She was a joy to capture. The image is shot with two light behind her for a silouette image. It was her idea to use the cloth which I think gives the image a bit of mystery. This is week 9 of Portrait of Week.

love the flow .. love the silhouette .. love that i can just see her in the folds of the cloth .. excellent .. :)

damn, i totally love this!!!the movement and elegance make for a very powerful composition.
for the very last year or so i always had in my head to shoot with a ballet dancer, as i have a few connections to theater and opera houses in my home town...
really inspiring, gonna add this to my favs :)
