| Nice long exposure but not really a blurry mess. Only blur I see is the water, really only being smoothed out, then the tree which I only can figure is blurred from the wind. Everything is sharp which does not fit well with the challenge. |

| This was exactly the type of shot I was afraid of. Technically its great. It DOES have blur and chaos. In my opinion it does not meet the challenge. What I am looking for is more of the abstract blurriness where the whole scene is a blur yet it has a pleasing look to it. This shot deserves a good mark yet as it does not meet the challenge (again in my opinion) I can't consider it for one. As such I will abstain from voting on this image and merely say that I really do like this shot. |

| i think they wanted a blurry/messy/chaotic overall effect,while you seem to have all these elements in this photo, to me it misses the mark...but i wont be surprised if an image like this wins,good luck! |

| You've got the basic elements, but you added "calm" and I think that's going to hurt you in this challenge. There are some images that just scream blurry, messy and chaotic and this one is whispering that those are discrete parts of the image and not an integrated whole. |
