Nagoya Women's Marathon - qualifying race for the japanese female Marathon runner for the Olympics this year. This girl was 17th, finally.

Very blurry panning shot - could be a bit far from the topic.

A good use of panning blur, however, its not quite chaotic enough for the challenge in my mind.

What is the shadow under the chin? Edit artifact? Too "neat" for my interpretation of the challenge. Looking for more abstract.
