This is a cool and artsy photo Sandy! I love the idea of having her emerge from the water like that. I bet her friends think this is cool. I doubt non-photogs would make the following comment: something did not quite seem right to me about the water and now I see the straight line going across her hand and the part on the right that merges with the water in the background. I am not trying to cut this photo down at all (please don't take it that way!), because I love the creativity of this shot. I'm just saying that if you were to try it again, see if you can't get those parts to blend together a bit to totally enhance the illusion you've created here. And if I'm totally wrong, please let me know! |

surely this is judicious use of a tube top and the flood filter? excellent! |

Wonderful portrait, but isn't she cold in the water this early in the year or is it that you put her in the water during PP?

Sandy, this is just wonderful, not just because of Jordans beauty and the (very) unusual seniors setting but, well, just because it is a great shot! I have tried to think of ways to improve it (even a touch) but can't, I thought about seeing the underwater pendant but that doesn't matter, I thought about making the eyes pop a little more but think it would look like you did just that. Then I thought about Jordan in slightly shallower water and, well, my apologies to her ;) |

Great lighting Sandy....is this all natural light? I really love all of the detail in your photo's. I'm sure her friends will be looking to you to do their Senior portraits after this one. Another brilliant job. |

This sis an odd shot in that her pose doesn't seem like a pose that should be in the water. She is in the water but she's totally dry.I'm not sure what I'm trying to say but since she's in that water why not use it more? |

Well, I bet none of her friends has a picture half as good. This works so well in B&W. |

Wow, Sandy! Excellent Portrait! As a matter of fact,...if you will pardon me for a moment...I am sensing the immediate need to give my A.C. unit a bit more power!
BTY! How much does she Charge for the privilege of creating a model portfolio on her? :} |

she is very beautiful. I love the softness in her hair and her pose. Very girly but yet a bit grown up. Lovely b/w. |

This may be the classiest and sexiest senior photo I have ever seen. Her pose is striking and the light is incredible. It also did not hurt that you had such a gorgeous model. |

Beautiful picture, nicely done. I like the glow the the hair from the bright light and the lack of hard shadows. |

Sandy, getting a little wild there on the portraits! Well composed (as always) and there is "sweetness" all over this image - the light also is very flattering. Great composition. |
