Shot of my cat Molly.
Taken on the sofa with a speedlite 580EXII with a TTL cable to camera and on a stand with a shoot through umbrella.
Molly was trying to sleep so I have to keep nudging her to get the eye contact, that's why she looks a little grumpy :0)
I'm not sure how well it will go as the DOF doesn't extend fully to the eyes and so I think it'll get marked down for that.
Processing was Lightroom raw conversion and sepia toning, then into CS2 for brightening the eye's and sharpening.

Someone looks a little annoyed :P Looks like a picture you'd see in the "Cool Cats" series. I like the saturation used here, nice DOF.

I think color would have been better. The jowls are getting lost in the shoulders.
