People and birdies walking the beach together. I like it. |

I miss the sounds of waves. I can't wait until summer is upon us here and the lake becomes fluid again. You captured the feel of wind and cold quite well! |

Your title made me look closer and see the striding bird. Nice catch. |

I looked a long time (ok, 30 seconds) before I found the we you were referring to. Then I found the shorebird and was glad I kept looking. Nice capture of a candid moment in nature. |

This, to me, gives a feeling of desolation - as if her only contact in the whole world is a solitary bird. |

first, let me say how jealous I am that you are on a beach!!
this is so good. there is an emotion here, the deserted beach, the walker in pants & her reflection
and that lone egret (if that's the bird type) anyway
you did great not getting in to close, feels like you respected the space of them both
and that long view adds to that desolate sense
NICE!

they're nearly walking in step .. well they have the wrong feet forward but if you dont look too closely it looks like that .. which makes it look like a lady out for a stroll along the beach taking her bird for a walk with her .. all she needs is a leash .. altho, if its the beach with the hang gliders she wouldnt be needing it .. !!..:) |

Beautiful photo. I like the combination with the bird. Just wishing I had the time now (cold or not) to walk at the beach. |
