white background
black glass
clear glass filled with milk, black marbles and the remnants of my favorite glass that broke while doing this challenge...leaving only fragments
Used raw adjustments white balance (which I was told by the site council was ok to be used for this challenge) to remove the yellow hue caused by lighting this scene with regular lamps ( I really need to get some strobe lights...)plus I cropped and slightly straightened...

great idea, forcus needs work. A shot like this needs to be sharp as a tack all around. I would also like to see a stronger distinction between the glass and the background on the left side and the top of the glass. It seems to be melting into the background and not poping off of it.
Kind of an interesting idea. Get the feeling of this being extremely staged (not that it wouldn't be...but selling it without the viewer thinking it is, is tricky). The above comment aside, this would do much better if it was in focus. Most of the image is quite soft. If the upright glass & stem were at least sharp the other items wouldn't matter so much.
Interesting subject. I'm not quite sure what the subject means but it's interesting visually. The main glass seems a bit out of focus and the tones on the glass aren't quite rich and smooth enough.
