It was beautiful outside today, well at least the sunshine was beautiful. The temperature was at about 2 degrees F with the wind chill. I headed to the local park because I knew there would be snow on the banks as it had snowed a bit overnight. I have been wanting for a long time to get pictures with the snow along the creek.
Well, I got there and it was so wonderful. I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beauty of nature.

Wow! I'll say it was wonderful. You really nailed this one, Amanda. Perfect exposure in a tough setting with shadows and snow and a bright background. Well done, and a beautiful comp.
What I like about this photo is that it looks just like the creek in real life. That can sometimes be hard to accomplish and yet you've done it here. Nice job on the pp to bring out the texture and details.
