| Interesting tree and composition, but I don't feel these lines are leading me to any particular focal point. The lines being the focal point themselves, it defeats the purpose of the challenge. Also, I'd like it better if it was shot on a cloudy day to avoid the harsh shadows. Not bad though! |

| The interplay of light and shadow is excellent, but the image seems too busy. I think the tilted angle makes the image busier and less effective. |

| the subject of the photo is not jumping out at me, nothing really leads my eye through this photo..... color might have helped the photo but not the concept of the challenge |

Hard to look at. There's something about the relationship between the tree and the background that hurts.
And yet it is a strong subject. |

| the limbs dont really point to a point of interest. they kind of through my eye all over the photo |
