This evening I didn't know what to cook and Ken didn't know what he wanted so he asked Taylor what she wanted for dinner. Taylor responded with a lets go out to eat. Ken asked her if she had money to pay and of course her answer was no. Then Cartesia said she wanted to go to a restaurant and Ken asked her if she was going to pay. Cartesia responded with a yes and told Ken that she would go get the money out of her piggy bank. So here you see the girls counting money after Cartesia dumped her bank.

We didn't go out to dinner as we would never want the girls to pay and that is always what they say when we ask them what they want for dinner. I am always amazed with how generous our two girls can be though.

Nice to story to go with the picture. I do like the processing, it's great. Really good candid moment and the seem totally oblivious (probably used to being captured on "film" daily, I suppose!)

What a cute moment! That's so nice that your daughters would spend their hard earned money on you.

It is nice they are saving pennies and already know it takes money to go out to dinner.. Just the sweetest they want to share..

Very cute story, Amanda - and you captured a wonderful moment. Seems like they were determined to make it happen.

In my day, the pig would have died. Though later I got one with a little metal door and lock on the bottom - so I could manage my fortune better. No more carnage.

It's never too early to start teaching them to be responsible with money (including sharing it with others). You've captured a nice moment here. I love the piggy bank cast aside for the important task at hand. Also, the pencil and notebook belie that some other endeavor was previously underfoot but is now quickly forgotten.

eexcellent! there is so much to feel in the way you PP'd this one! the girls keep you busy I bet...they sound delightful. my kids just expect that we'lloopen our wallets..LOL, they are finally understanding $$ doesn't just fall from the sky, as we have started to ask them how much $ they have & how are they going to pay for whatever they want

seems to be working...

You always seem to be ready to capture those moments like this! It's rare to seem them "playing nice" - good eye for catching it. Cool processing too!
