First impressions: Lighting is sweet
Exposure: Seems to be bang on. No overly hot spots and nothing seems to be blocked up in the dark areas.
Composition: There are a lot of elements in this image, two primary and a number of secondary ones. To me the hut with the canoes and the reflection are too much in the middle making the image rather static. Because of the angle of the shot, it may be beneficial to crop the image on the right, excluding the cranes.
Impact: The impact in the image is generated by the lighting. I think more impact could be achieved if the hut and reflection was off centre.
Cheers!
Keep shooting.

Perhaps a different vantage point would have produced more reflection. |

I'm sure the cloning aficionados would have you 'lose' those cranes. For my part, all i can say is that the composition feels a little forced; I think because the natural line for the eye is from the boat house to the left, and that takes us out of frame pretty quickly. |

Great lighting on this, but the crop could have been tighter to remove the cranes in the background. |
