Well, the concept is straight forward, recreate a picture ad of the iPhone commercial. I think that I did it. Shot was a single light source to the right of the hand. Then it was just shooting as to not move my hand. And to keep it in focus, which is very hard when leaning over the tripod while shooting.

Photoshop was convert RAW, levels, curves, selective color to brighten the blues, a small boost in saturation, rotate, crop, rize, USM, and save for web.

It was cool to see if I could duplicate the TV ad, and I think I did it justice. If it were advaned editing, I would have lightened the ear piece so that it was clearer and fixed the slight halo on the fingers, because I can't figure what was causing it...oh well

The way the light reflects on the right edge of the iPod is really cool looking. I have one of these my self and just looking at this picture make me want another one. Great job.

Picture is a little blurry, and the angle is too straight on. By changing the angle and making the image sharper the picture would turn out better.

Nice color and lighting on the hand. The screen seems a little out of focus.

Looks just like the ads, but I think it could be sharper.

With this title I'd have liked to really see the screen being touched.

I love the contrast in the photo. I also like that the time is exactly 9:00; it makes it professional.

Nice idea and concept. COmp could use a bit more negative space to place eventual text and the focus could be bit sharper but you're on the right track.

I like composition. Seems just a hair out of focus, though

Looks like a still out of the T.V. commercial, the picture looks a little fuzzy but it's still a nice shot.

A white background would have worked better for this.

Good idea, the lighting is a bit off though. Maybe the phone on a white background ala apple commercial would have been more effective.

Hand is a bit blurry... perhaps you should have used a faster shutter speed. Voting 5.
