I love the repeating elements. Fish eyes are interesting... they're so vacant! Whatever is in front of the lower right eye is a slight distration. I think you could have cropped in even closer to remove some of the lower part of the frame. Nicely done.

Like: unique approach. eyes on the fish are noticable as the subject. Detail is good.
dislike: Blown out highlights and maybe have the angle so only the fish are viewed. (ie the dock on the top left is taken out)

If the left fish were not cropped and with a shadow (with everything else in full sun), I'd like this much better. Good idea on the subject.
