The weather was nice for making a snowman so that's what we did. I have tons of pictures of the kids together, the snowman, etc, but this is my favorite of the bunch. This captures Taylor perfectly.

Things like a crooked hat and snow in the hair just don't matter when she's having fun. Actually they never seem to matter. Taylor tends to dance to her own tune and she hasn't acquired the herd mentality yet. I truly hope she'll grow up being the free spirit that she is now.

Just a note on the lighting - even shooting at ISO 400 (OOPS!) this amazes me at how sharp it is. Earlier in the morning I shot some pics inside and they are just flat compared to this. That light sure makes a difference.

lovely girl and very pretty portrait of her. I like her hat skewed just a bit there, doesn't seem staged, more of a candid almost..

I've always (since I've seen photos of her) thought Taylor has an otherworldly energy about her. You captured that very well in this beautiful photo.

This is a BEAUTIFUL portrait! I love the little flakes of snow in her hair, the crooked hat, and the relaxed natural gaze. Perfect!
