I've got one of those drive ways,too. Thankfully getting it redone next month. Anyway, great old abandoned building and I love the angle of this shot. The concrete layering works nicely since it is old as well. I agree though, I would soften it in the skin, too.

this gives the impression of viewing from an old, cracked window in a nearby structure.

Nice work on the underlying layer. The overlay is a good choice too, but IMNSHO I would have erased some in the sky in the upper right. It's a little too obvious that this is cracked concrete. Again, IMNSHO these work best if you keep the viewer guessing as to what the texture is.

Great texture to use on this type of shot. The desat on your original picture works well to enhance the worn, abandoned feel.
