I pass this abandoned SP train station almost everyday on my way home from work. I often think about stopping, but never have. Well guess what...?
PP:Used two copies of the original Raw file to get the correct exposure in the sky. Also added a background copy of a 2nd shot of sky taken earlier (and erased all but sky)to add more drama to sky (see below), Levels, Overlay layer to dodge and burn.

that is one deserted-looking station...so cheerful nonetheless in its yellow paint job. The train warning lights looked bored, s though they wish they had something to warn about....

nicely seen and PPd also

The colors in this really draw me in.

Nice job on the processing to bring out the moodiness of the place. I think the open gate adds to the picture, but it does block the station a bit. This is said of course, without knowing how it looks from a different angle.

That building definitely has some character. It tells a story just on its own. Nice job with the sky. There have been many times that I have wanted to stop and take pictures of something and haven't. Maybe one of these times I will actually stop just as you did this time.

Really nice photo - very rich colors, despite the cloudy weather. Neat old building. Glad you stopped to show us. These sides really inspire us to do things we normally wouldn't do.

I love old building shots. They have so much character to them. There are so many I pass each day, but never take the time to stop. Maybe I should.

I like the processing on this. You did a great job.

Yeh! I really like this Roger. Nice contrast between the building and the sky.

Nice shot. I love anything to do with trains. My concern is the roof area is almost too dark. Maybe that is the result of the obvious fire, maybe not. Still, such a very vivid example of the deplorable state of what use to be the premier manner of transportation.

I like the processing you did on this. I enjoy looking at old buildings like this. Strange how it looks like they put concrete around that tree.
