I like how you cropped this shot. I'm not fond of glare either, but this is pretty subtle, I almost didn't notice it.

Ugh, glares, I have done that several times and sometimes I could fix and other times ruined the image. However, I am looking at the image here, and what if you did a long crop, just a bit above the brow and kept the width. I think it looks great, I enjoy the hair and colours.

Interesting POV on this. I like the way the mouth and part of your head is cut off. I would have preferred the focus being on your eyes, rather than on your hair.
