Testing the limitations of basic editing :)
Never went thus far in RAW conversion and shadows/highlights settings. On the other hand, I applied NO sharpening or NR.
I really like the outcome (except that I had to save at 61% JPEG-quality because of all the detail), so the end score should be 5.9ish - but what do I know, anyway...

This is a very surprising picture. I believe these are two separate buildings but you composed your picture so that they look joined together. Well done combining two very different buildings to make an interesting photo.
