The Buddhist Temple which is by the Peace Pagoda In Milton Keynes. I have played around with the Hue and Sat Levels quite a bit to try and give the shot some Ooomph. I am not sure whether it has worked or if I have gone too far. My guess is that there are going to be some stunning shots in the Challenge and this may be lost amongst the also rans

I really liked the effect your processing gave this image. It looks like a painting. Vibrant colors and lovely composition. I just feel invited to take a closer look.

Whenever I see a picture of a temple, I always think of Japan. And the first thing that struck me is that your clouds in the background look like snow covered mountains! I thought that was pretty cool. Playing with saturation is a tricky thing, and I think this is what created the obvious appearance of noise that everyone is talking about. You need to get that noise ninja stuff, you'd be surprised what that can do for a photo.

what an interesting building and a very interesting sky. It's fun to play around with the colors and shades available in hue/sat. Do you use a noise filter like Neat Image or Noise Ninja?

seems a bit noisy and perhaps a little over sharpened.

I thought this had a lot of potential. I find the missing bottom 3 inches of the pagoda distracting. Happy shooting.

very noisy feel to it, and looks pretty processed, but definately unique and different from the rest! Good work! Sky is very different feeling, but I like it!

Interesting building ... and I can't tell whether that is sky or fog in front of tall mountains behind. The picture appears very noisy, which is obscuring fine details.
