exposure, contrast, color, saturation and composition are all very good. However, the eyes are soft. The eyes should always get the sharpest focus on animals, bird or even insects.

very fun picture here, the colours are great the sharpning is just right. But on my screen I do seem to be seeing a white haze around his eye.
